06 / Sustain · Continuity

What we built keeps growing with your company.

We maintain and evolve the tools we made for you, with coverage and response times agreed in advance.

When we get the call

From what is happening to what changes

This is how most enquiries start, and this is what changes once we solve it.

  1. “We want peace of mind that what works will keep working.”

    It keeps working

Whatever fails is handled within the agreed times, by people who know the system inside out.

  2. “Every so often something breaks and we find out late.”

    It gets ahead of problems

Updates, monitoring and backups that are actually tested.

  3. “We want to add features, and the tool is no longer enough.”

    It improves over time

New features and adjustments prioritised by impact, reviewed with you.

  4. “We never quite know what was done or what is missing.”

You always know what was done

A record of every intervention and a regular review of what comes next.

What it looks like

A year with you

This is what a sample year looks like: the system keeps improving after delivery.

  1. Month 1

    Catch-up

Access, backups and monitoring reviewed: we start knowing where everything is.

  2. Month 2

    Update

Versions and security patches up to date, outside working hours.

  3. Month 3

    Improvement

An adjustment your team asked for: a filter, a report, one step fewer.

  4. Month 4

    Prevention

A test restore, to know the backup actually works.

  5. Month 6

    Review

We go over what was done with you and reprioritise what comes next.

  6. Month 8

    New feature

Something the business started to need, built on top of what was already there.

  7. Month 10

    Update

The platform up to date, with no surprises for your operation.

  8. Month 12

    Year in review

What improved this year and the plan for the next.

What it includes

Service by service

Maintenance

What we built, healthy and up to date after handover.

When you need it
After the solution reaches production — which is precisely the moment most suppliers stop answering.
What you get
The coverage agreed in writing — which hours and what response time —, monitoring, and a team that already knows the system because it built it.
Our commitment
If the problem is solved faster than expected, better for both of us: what is agreed is the service level, not a number of hours.

Continuous evolution

The solution keeps pace with the business as it grows.

When you need it
When the business has changed — grown, added channels, changed its rules — and the system holding it up has started to fall behind.
What you get
An improvement plan prioritised by impact and reviewed with you, so the solution keeps pace with the business instead of holding it back.
Our commitment
If in two years the whole system has to be rebuilt, the architecture was wrong from the start — and that is on us.

How we do it

In stages, and each one leaves something in your hands

  1. 01

    Agreement

What is covered, during which hours and with what response time.

You keep The coverage agreement, in writing.

  2. 02

    Catch-up

Access, backups and monitoring reviewed before we start.

You keep The state of the system, documented.

  3. 03

    Maintenance

Updates, backups and attention to whatever fails, within what was agreed.

You keep A record of every intervention: what happened and what was done.

  4. 04

    Evolution

Improvements are prioritised by impact and reviewed with you.

You keep The improvement plan, reviewed from time to time.

  5. It is yours

The system, the documentation and the access remain yours, always.

How long it lasts It is ongoing: it starts when the project goes into production and lasts as long as you need it. The price comes from what has to be covered and during which hours.

What we need from your side

  • That you tell us when the business changes: a new channel, more volume, a different rule.
  • Someone to prioritise improvements with us.
  • The access needed to monitor and maintain.

What you take away

  • What we built, kept up to date and monitored.
  • Response within the agreed hours and times.
  • An improvement plan prioritised by impact.
  • A record of every intervention.

Questions

What people ask us before we start

How much does it cost?

It depends on what has to be covered and during which hours. The price comes from that scope, is agreed in writing and does not change with every call.

What does the coverage include?

Whatever we agree for your operation: which hours, what response time and how much improvement work per month. It is written down before we start.

What if something fails outside hours?

If your operation needs a response at night or at weekends, it goes into the agreement from the start: that way it is covered before it is needed.

What if another vendor built the system?

First we analyse it and set up a project to standardise and fix it. Once it is in order, we look after it like anything we built ourselves.

See Build
What if we want something big?

A large feature is handled as a project, with closed scope and price, and then returns to the coverage plan.

Next step

Let's start with what is going on

A conversation to understand the problem before talking about technology. If after that there is nothing to build, we will tell you.
