03 / Shield · Security

Your company protected before it needs to be.

We put access, backups, email and devices in order, and train your people, so you can grow — and use AI — without exposing what keeps your operation running.

When we get the call

From what is happening to what changes

This is how most enquiries start, and this is what changes once we solve it.

  1. “We spotted suspicious activity and are not sure we are prepared.”

Everyone gets into what they need

Orderly access and two-factor authentication: a leaked password stops being an open door.

  2. “If our files got encrypted tomorrow, we do not know if we could recover.”

    Backups you can restore

Backups that are actually tested: if something happens, work resumes.

  3. “We want to stay up to date so we do not fall for a scam.”

A team that spots the bait

Hands-on training to recognise a deceptive email before opening it.

  4. “We want to make the most of AI without leaking information.”

AI, with the data kept safe

Clear rules on what is shared and with which tools, so you can use it with peace of mind.

What it includes

Service by service

Cybersecurity

Protecting what holds up the operation, before the incident.

When you need it
When the operation depends on systems that were never audited, access was granted as needs came up, and nobody could reconstruct what happened if someone got in tomorrow.
What you get
A diagnosis of real exposure, a plan prioritised by risk, and the implementation: access, backup, monitoring and response. With what to do first, and why that first.
Our commitment
We tell you where they would actually get in and in what order to close it, with the reasoning in writing.

Security training

So your team recognises an attack before opening the door to it.

When you need it
When incidents start with an email, a shared password or access someone granted without knowing to whom. The most expensive tool does not cover a person who does not know what to look for.
What you get
Training built on your operation: what attackers try in your industry, how to recognise it, what to do and whom to tell. For the people who use the systems and for the people who run them, with practice and not just theory.
Our commitment
The content comes from your operation: the tools and processes your people use every day.

How we do it

In stages, and each one leaves something in your hands

  1. 01

    Scoping

What needs protecting, who gets into what, and where someone else could get in.

You keep The risk map, ordered by what matters most.

  2. 02

    Plan

The measures that protect most come first, sized for your company.

You keep The prioritised security plan.

  3. 03

    Implementation

Access, backups, email and devices, in stages and without stopping the operation.

You keep The controls up and running.

  4. 04

    Training

Drills and short practice sessions, so staying safe becomes a team habit.

You keep Your people trained, with what they need to keep it up.

  5. It is yours

Everything is documented and in your name: the policies, the configurations and the access.

How long it takes A small project takes about a month; a large one, up to six. Scope and price are closed before we start.

What we need from your side

  • Someone who can make decisions.
  • Access to the systems and accounts that need reviewing.
  • Time from your team for the training.

What you take away

  • A secure base to keep growing from.
  • Orderly access: everyone gets into only what they need.
  • Backups you can restore.
  • A team that recognises a trick and knows what to do.

Questions

What people ask us before we start

How much does it cost?

It depends on how many systems, accounts and people need covering. We charge per project, with a closed scope, and the price comes out of scoping: before we start you know how much it is and what it includes.

We already have antivirus. Is that enough?

It can be part of it, but security is built from what needs protecting, not from a tool. Scoping shows what you already have that works and what is worth adding.

Can we use AI safely?

Yes, with clear rules: what information is shared, with which tools and with what configuration. That way your team makes the most of it without exposing company or client data.

What if something has already happened?

Write to us as soon as possible. The first thing is to contain it and understand what happened; then, to put in order what is needed so it does not happen again.

What about the network?

A good network design already protects: separate networks and orderly access. If it needs redesigning, Connect takes it on, with the same team.

Let's start with what is going on

A conversation to understand the problem before talking about technology. If after that there is nothing to build, we will tell you.
