The infrastructure grew without a plan
We redesign your network and servers with a plan: documented, secure and ready to grow. And the next site is built from a standard, not from scratch.
When we get the call
From what is happening to what changes
This is how most enquiries start, and this is what changes once we solve it.
-
“We have good internet, but everything is slow.”
A network that performs
Networks separated by use and traffic in order: what matters does not compete with the rest.
-
“Only one person knows how everything is set up.”
The full map
What there is, what it is for and how it connects, documented and up to date: anyone on the team can follow it.
-
“Every new site means starting from scratch.”
Ready to grow
A standard for every new site, that does not depend on who is available that day.
See it in a case
Infrastructure built so it would not be built again
The client's own team carried out part of the plan, and the redesign was written down as the standard for the next site.
- In
- Critical services running on desktop computers
- Out
- The network redesigned, and a standard for the next site
How we do it
Step by step, with the blocks it takes
- 01 Connect
Assess
We go through what is there, physical and logical, and flag what is obsolete and the single points of failure.
You keep The real state of your infrastructure, documented.
- 02 Connect
Redesign
Network, servers and cloud with a plan: segmentation, high availability and whatever is worth virtualising or migrating.
You keep The plan, with closed scope and price.
- 03 Shield
Secure
Centralised access, perimeter and backups that can be restored, so the new network is protected from day one.
You keep The controls up and running.
- 04 Connect
Standardise
We leave the template for the next sites and train your team to run it.
You keep A repeatable standard, and your team trained.
How long it takes One site takes about a month; several sites, with the standard for the ones to come, can take a year or more. Scope and price are closed before we start.
What we need from your side
- Access to the sites and the equipment.
- Someone from your team to join the assessment.
- Windows outside operating hours for the changes that need them.
What it looks like
Your infrastructure, with a plan
Four common scenarios. Pick the one closest to yours to see it in order.
One site
Networks separated by use and one place to see everything.
Several sites
Every site built to the same standard, and the next one without starting from scratch.
People outside the office
Secure access from anywhere, without opening extra doors.
Partly in the cloud
Less hardware to maintain, and what is critical backed up off site.
Questions
What people ask us before we start
Do operations have to stop?
Changes that need it are made outside operating hours —a weekend, overnight—, with the rollback plan ready.
Do we have to replace all the equipment?
No. What works is reused; what is a risk or underperforms gets replaced.
Can our own team carry it out?
Yes. We can do all of it, or leave part of the plan for your team to carry out with our support: that way there are people who know why the network is the way it is.
And the day to day, afterwards?
It is documented so your team can run it. If you want us to keep looking after it —monitoring, maintenance, evolution—, that is Sustain.

Let's start with what is going on
A conversation to understand the problem before talking about technology. If after that there is nothing to build, we will tell you.
